- Orders over €100 have free shipping
- Standard orders in the Netherlands cost €5.95
- After confirmation of your order you will receive a track & trace code
Return Policy
- Within 14 days of receipt
- Costs at your own expense
- In original and unused condition
- Good packaging required to protect the ceramic
- Please send an email to hello@kerh.nl to register your return and for further instructions.
- After receiving the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 3-5 days in the same way as the order was placed.
